Shipping and Returns:

For International Shipping, customers will be subject to VAT, the amount is unknown and depicted by the governing laws of the country that the Altitude is shipped to. Customers are responsible to pay VAT.

We offer shipping services using DHL, a reliable courier company based in the UAE. Our courier company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience. We offer shipping services within our courier company’s service areas. In the case your territory is classified as “out-of-delivery” area by our courier company, we would kindly request you to collect your orders from the nearest courier company office.

Orders to UAE are delivered within 5 working days.
Orders to other countries may take up to 15 working days. Any applicable duty, tax or other charges has to be paid by you to receive your order. In certain cases, we may use postal services and the product will be delivered to your post box or you may have to collect it from the nearest post office upon payment of any applicable duty, tax or surcharges.

Returns:

We guarantee exchange of all unused or defective product within 7 days of receipt of shipment by the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for other reasons (e.g. size) you may exchange any unused product.

Product to be exchanged must be in the same condition that you received the item in. Used products will not be exchanged. We do not exchange products that were purchased from other retailers. We reserve the right to refuse exchange of products that are in used condition. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping associated with returning the product to us in case the exchange was for any reason other than a defective product.

Kindly send an email to sales@altitude-mask.com informing us your intention to exchange the product along with your order number and the reason for exchange. We shall arrange for the collection of the product through the courier company. Once we receive the returned product(s) back in its original condition with all tags and original box, we will issue a voucher of the value of product returned to be used on the website to purchase the exchanged item.

Refunds:

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange any unused or defective product as highlighted in the Exchanges section above.
